Professional Development Brochure
Teq has been working hard to incorporate iPads into the classroom. We have developed an excellent training session where we share our “best practices” and “favorite apps”. We have also developed a webinar which you can access here: .
You can find many other Teq Webinars and FAQ Videos here.

If you would like to start using your iPad with an interactive whiteboard, here are links to the ways I discussed:

Finally, I would recommend signing up for edmodo (www.edmodo.com) which is a social networking website Teq has been using that was developed for teachers and students. Once you sign up, select "join" group to become a member of the “Learning with an iPad” group. Simply click “join” and email [LauraRobitaille@teq.com] for the code.

Use this form from any computer or PDA with Internet connectivity to evaluate teachers' lessons, pedagogy, and classroom climate. Feel free to modify to fit your district's standards. All data will be recorded in a Google Spreadsheet and a second sheet has been created to quickly printout the results for the teachers and your records. Simply use the "hide column(s)" function in Excel to only show the specific teacher you want a printout for.
